I would like to ask for help regarding our problem with the pelletizing machine in our feedmill.
Currently we have a pelletizing machine who has a 9 tons per hour actual capacity. The Designed capacity of this machine is 15 tons per hour. It cannot achieve the actual capacity because the boiler which provide steam to it is insufficient. We would like to achieve this a 11 or 12 tons per hour per day.
We already found out that this is the bottle neck of our production plant. can you give any suggestion on how we could improve our system? We don't have enough resources as of now to procure additional machines.
