Dear Frens, please help me to solve this problem about optimum vessel sizing, which is given in Dennis Moss
(Procedure 2-19).There 2 methods given for optimization, which involve finding factors F1(for method 1) and F2(for method 2).These factors depend upong corrosion allowance. If the corrosion allowance is zero, F1 becomes infinity and F2 becoms zero.Graphs are provided to calculate optimum proportions, if these factors lie between 0 to 3(for F1) and 0.5 to 50 (for F2).Let me know how the graphs given to determine optimum proportions can be used when corrosion allowance is zero.i.e. when f1=infinity and f2=0

Have you considered including a corrosion allowance greater than 0?
