optimum way of packing bearing and increase productivity

Hello all
We make truck parts and we have quite a few number of bearings. The packing department seems to be taking long time in packing them. We have collected data from 20 days to see how many parts will one be able to do in a day or in certain hours. What the best process to study the dats. What can i do with this situation.
We will see them personally how they are doing and see any changes can be made

You need to have a time-motion study-level data, i.e., data down to each operation performed by the packer to determine what's taking the most time, and then, whether anything can be done to improve the situation.
