optput for plastic hinges

I am doing a time history analysis. I have given a model for the formation of plastic hinges. The analysis run quite well and plastic hinges were formed in the beams and columns of my frame( I can see that from the graphical interface of the SAP). The problem is that when I check the tabulated data for the hinges (so that to get the plastic rotation) all the values are zero. Does anyone know why? Thanks…..

Maybe they are too small. Try to use some different(smaller) units of measure.
