ORB Male Hydraulic Fittings Maching Dimensions

Hello everyone......we are machining long mandrels with Male #10 ORB hydraulic thread ends. We can find Female port dimensions, but can't find the machining specs for the male thread end. We know that they are SAE straight treads, and that they use a "special" 9-series O-Rings. What we can't find is the dimentions for the male end. Can someone help me ?
