How flow orifice orientation effect the reading of flow??

for common plates there are correction factors for the inevitable case where it is installed backwards.

but the question I think you are asking, is to install the paddle pointing upward

 
If flow meter installed in verticle line, what is effect on flow reading?
 
usually no effect, but usually recommended that liquid flows-up or horizontal and gases with condensible components flow-down or horizontal.
 
In liquid stream if orifice installed in vertical line, than what will be effect on flow reading?
 
If you're looking for that magic number to make a correction with, you'll have to search the web yourself (good luck).
