OSHA SOIL TYPE C60 Definition

I'm reviewing some submittal information for shoring. Within the submittal, there is some language describing a c60 soil. I can not find anything on the web and have no real resources in my remote office. I'm hoping somebody can furnish a definition or reference. Thanks, h.
