OTC Daihen Almega AX-V6L Error

I am currently running the Almega AX-V6L and keep getting error code A5099 which states "the arc welding power supply was operated during playback" This will happen in the middle of a weld and shut the motors off, the manuals don't have any helpful information on this. Any tips on how to avoid this?
