Is there a way to take the VonMises stresses from 4 individual output sets, copy them to a new output set (to not overwrite/lose the original data), and then convert the VonMises stresses into Usage Ratios (VonMises divided by yield stress)?

sounds like you want to post-process the output set … model/output/process.

you can divide output vectors (like von mises) by constant,
without overwriting the original output data.

What type of elements are you using?

There is an API under Custom Tools > Post Processing > Calculate Factor of Safety for Solid Elements, that will create two new Output Vectors from dividing the von Mises stress for each elements by the tension and compression limit defined in the material card.

it was just that you answered TG right away, and maybe you tried my suggestion but wanted to pull material allowables from the property card (rather than a flat number).
