Overhead travelling crane - test load

Hello,
I have to design a frame with overhead crane for test loading conditions which will be performed initially when the building is erected with 125% overload, and annually with 110% overload + moving of the crane around the hall. So my wondering is what "psi" factor to take for the support loadings like wind and snow. I'm designing this according to EN 1991-3 (Eurocode), but there is not mentioned explicitly what combination factor to take for wind and snow. My logic is that this test is very small time from the operation time of the crane (during the year) and psi2 should be used for snow and wind - in other words - to neglect them (psi2=0). I would like to hear opinion of other users as well cause I'm not sure about it.
Many thanks,
