Overlapping design spaces in Topology Optimization

I am using topology optimization in NX12.

I have two design spaces, consisting of two volumes which share some of the same space (see picture below).

In other words, these two boxes slightly overlap. They both have constraints and load cases applied. You are seeing the resulting geometry, illustrating maximal Von Mises stress. Image shows low-resolution example.

However, I want the two resulting shapes to avoid overlapping eachother. They need to be separate, independent parts. Is there a way to make this happen?
