OVERLOAD PROPERTIES V5 NOT AVAILABLE 1

Situation is this.
I'm using another company's catdrawing files to create my details and layouts. When using thier layout drawing file, 'Overload Properties' is pickable, but when I use thier detail catdrawing file, it is not.
Why is this and is there a way to make it so that 'Overload Properties' is available to use, when I use thier file?

Hello,

Overload properties is available ONLY for views link with an Assembly (CATProduct).

Detail drawings are usually link with a CATPart, use the modify link to change the links of the views from one solide to another...
