In a high temperature chilling flower walk-in room, for instance, to avoid dehumidification, there are recommended to be used an ovesized evaporator. Thus, there are majorly sensible heat being removed. From what I understand, the SH should be as high as more than 12K, delta Tair-in minus T evaporation should be less than 10K. But by all this, what about the txv - should it match the capacity of the compressor, or the capacity of the evaporator ?
