Overview of steels grade for Earthmoving and Mining parts engines

Where can I find an overview about the steels grades of the part for Earthmoving and Mining engines : Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachin, Volvo, Case, Libheer... and so on?

As you are a casting person,are you looking for info on engine casing? most likely nodular iron should be a common choice.(I do not know if I have exceeded my imagination.)

No, i a m looking for an overiew of all the kind of the steels grade are used for earth moving parts ....

Especially the C-Mn-V-Al-N steels and how can we increase the mechanical proprieties of these steels.

It is very difficult to provide such a comprehensive reply in this forum. You are seeking info on various components used in an engine of different capacities,end uses and manufacturers. If you could narrow down your question to one or two components like you have now suggested one family of alloy C-Mn-V-Al-N.
