as you are speaking about Merox, you have an H2S or sulfur issue so just "google" for "Oxygen analyser" and try to find the specs that suit your stream!

Popular online oxygen analyzer vendors include Servomex, Teledyne, Delta F and others. Many use the paramagnetic technology. The Delta F is electro-chemical. Other technologies exist.
