In the filling plant we use ozonated water, 3-5 ppm. Despite all talks with equipment manufacturers, we could not find resolute answer: which kind of gasket material is the bst ozone-resistant. Could anyone help with some advice.

Look for Gasket material made from EPDM (try a websearch on EPDM characteristics or chemical compatibility). It is touted to have good Ozone resistance.

Recommended mateials: Perfluoroelastomer & Viton FKM

Rated as Probally Satisfactory: Viton Extreme & EPDM P.C.

Good find meintsi. The chart that I used for reference is not as complete. Hope this helps Drazen

Thank you for your responses. My crutial problem is that, wherever I find ozone compactibility statement, when I resesearch deeper I find that max allowed concentration is about 0,5 ppm (I need 4 ppm). I will research mentioned link now. Thanks anyhow!

I am a component design engineer and manufacturers rep. My suggestion to you is to check-out 2 materials.
The first one is "Alcryn". This is a rubber product.
The second is "Flexible PVC".
Both of these materials are injection moldable.
The Alcryn is a great sealing material with great commpression set values.

Hope this helps.
