I need a copy of the Operating Manual/Test Procedures for a P & B Thermal Overload Relay for Generator Protection.

I have tried searching the web sites of P & B, Potter & Brumfield, Siemens and TYCO but so far I have been unable to locate any information.

Can anyone please advise me where I will be likely to find this information or know of a telephone number/contact name.

Many thanks in anticipation.

My P&B Golds literature lists representatives for this relay in each country. In Canada and USA, the rep is / was English Electric. Other reps exist for other countries. I don't even know if English Electric still exists - I haven't seen any of their stuff for several years.

Good Luck.

I would call the mfg and get the spec sheet. This information should still be in there possession. When I have come across old devices like this, that is only way I have been able to get the data sheet unless I had an old catalog laying around. Good luck.

To buzzp & GordS,

Many thanks for the advice. Today a collegue managed to locate the web site for P & B.
It can be found at where they list several type of 'Gold' relays and the appropiate data sheets are only a 'phone call away!

Again, many thanks for your help.
