P&ID Symbols 1

[Trevelyan]

On a system P&ID a tank level controller symbol is shown inside a circle as LISA (level-indication-switch-alarm) plus on the outside of the circle H & L (high-low) is shown but it also has the letters FF.

I assume the FF has something to do with flow. My 65 year old brain has probably just stopped working but can someone please confirm the meaning of the FF.
