We are currently seeing some issues when we pack and go Our assemblies to our server. Sometimes, not all the time we are losing are part to part references, which is causing our top-level assembly to constantly rebuild, plus we lose our references, so if we do change anything, we have to manually reattach reference
please advise

Where it sounds sporadic, have you been able to find a common denominator at all, even time of day.
When you say "part to part references", do you mean in context relationships? If so, I'll add this to my list of reasons to not use them.

We haven't figured out exactly how often this occurs
we are now starting to log them
For example of the type of reference
making planes or sketched from geometry of one part, onto another

Does the same problem occur when Pack and Go is saved locally?

Are you creating a complete P and G of all components flattened to a single folder?

We are not seeing the same problem, if we do a local pack and go
we are performing a complete pack and go, but not flattening to one folder, we like to maintain a certain folder strucure

OK, so it's a network or server problem. Can you just P&G locally and then move the folder to the server?

We could, but our preference is to pack and go to the server

are you setting "set to resolve" all your components before pack and go? I've seen problems in the past with this being lightweight

from what I got on the SWX forum site
was that you need to have your job folders list in the reference file locations under tabs and options
