Pack n Go creating EMPTY FILES

Hello,
When we create a pack n go it is creating empty files. You can open the different parts but the FM is empty.

Has P&G just started doing that? I've used it extensively and don't remember ever having a problem.

It has happened a few times over the last 4 months or so. Not all the time. Sometimes it even creates duplicate files and add an _1, _2, _3 at the end.

Have you involved your VAR yet?

Next time it happens, keep track of the type of assys and parts that are involved. See if you can discover a common feature or part.

Do they have lots of patterns or mirrors?
Are they in-context designs?
Virtual components?
Is another process running at that time?

The VAR is of NO HELP. I will try to focus in on common elements or similarities.
