I am running SolidWorks 2011 x64 SP4.0 here. I have just been upgraded to Windows[ ]7.

When I hit the print button, the print window comes up. When I hit the Page Setup button, the Print Setup window usually comes up, rather than the Page Setup. I can launch Page Setup from the File menu, but it comes up with all its buttons blank, and it is unable to save settings. This all is erratic. On some files, I am able to print okay.

Has anyone seen anything like this? Has anyone an idea of what I should do?

Is that a SolidWorks printer driver, or Windows? Everything else seems to work. [ul]

Solidworks is not like AutoCAD. Solidworks does not have anything to do with Printer or even mouse drivers. it uses what ever windows has installed. If its not working right the problem is the driver in windows, not SW.

SBaugh,

Thanks.

The thing that is not working is the Page Setup window. This is where we specify resolution and scale, drawing colour, orientation, and paper size. This is a SolidWorks menu. The printers seem to work on all our other applications, so I think the Windows drivers are good.
