PageChanged Event available in Visio 2000 ?

I have an application that I have developed in Visio 2000 which imports and exports data to and from an Access database.

I need to fire off a macro if someone changes a page name in Visio.

MSDN seems to suggest that there is an event called 'PageChanged' but it appears that this is available in Visio 2002 & 2003, but not Visio 2000.

How can I run my macro when this event happens in Visio 2000 ?
Has anyone done this ?

Page Changed was added with Visio 4.1. So it should work in Visio 2000. For future reference, the Visio documentation that is available through MSDN indicates when a feature was added or removed.
