Paint in Nuclear Facilities

I am lead engineer for fleet of OET cranes that work in a nuclear (radiological) controlled facility. This is a US Navy facility. When procured, these cranes were required to adhere to the requirements of sections 5 and 6 of ANSI B5.12 (which has been cancelled). The technical requirements for the paints are still valid and necessary for these cranes. Is there a replacement specification ANSI B5.12? Could the military specification MIL-DTL-700B be used in its stead?
