Palettes not included in Roles?

We use two different NX launches. One is connected to GM toolkits and the other one is not.

I am noticing that if I load up palettes that bring in GM components in the GM Launch NX11, the next time I open NX11 for non-GM work, it has the same palettes. I tried to save my roles, hoping I could just reload my roles and get the correct palettes back. It doesnt seem to fix the problem.

How would I go about this problem? We cant have GM palettes loading up on the non-GM NX where designers can accidentally be bringing in GM components into their tools.

No, I mean the Palettes you can add with PAX files that show up beneath the Re-Use Library.

I was expecting that if I added certain ones to one of our NX launches and others to another NX Launch they would stay how I set them up. But they seem to use whichever Pax files you have loaded last. Then I was hoping they would be saved in the roles if I saved it and that didnt seem to be the case.

Have You tried to search in NX user setting folder for example c:\users\user_name\APPDATA\local\Siemens\NX120 ?
I have some palettes there, but I don't use them. Maybe it's better to use some script to open NX? When You use it it will copy or delete palettes from user folder?
