Pallet Bolier in bigger capacities

I am working on a project in Churchill Manitoba
My builidng heating load is about 600,000 btu/hr
and we wants to specify Pallet boiler the biggest boiler i could find is 100,000 btu/hr residential application
is any body had a chance using pallet boilers bigger than 100,000 btu/hr
we thinking may be two 300,000 btu/hr capacity commercial boiler manufactured in north america
Any body know any manufacturer who makes bigger boielr

You are speaking of a relatively small boiler. Since you seem to be looking for a heating boiler, I suggest you contact a reliable local HVAC boiler representative with your specific requirements. There are many boiler manufacturers that should be able to easily fit your application. 600000 P/H is about 18 boiler horsepower. With losses and running below rating (usually size to about 80% of rating), my guess is you need a 30 horsepower low-pressure (15 PSIG or lower), package boiler set up for HVAC. Columbia and Cleaver Brooks might be a good start, but there should be many low pressure boiler manufacturers.

Need application data for more guidance.
