Panicking! - CAE file corrupted

Hi all,
I haven't opened a CAE file for a while until today that I need it. And I keep receiving this message and I don't know what to do. Is there any solution? I can't lose this model it took me months to make it work.
I tried ot import the input file but only the orphan mesh appears, not the different step and load condition. I can open the ODB but I need to activate a couple of step that I deleted during last analysis.

Try using multiple versions of CAE, if you have access to them.

[FEA way]

If you have .jnl or .rpy file for this CAE database then you can try using them for recovery. Type the following command: abaqus cae recover=database_name.jnl
If this doesn't work try: abaqus cae replay=replay_file_name.rpy

Before doing this I suggest you copy the corrupt .cae and all related files to another location just in case.
