We currently operate a Harris-Seybold Citation paper cutter in our workplace. Is there any reason not to cut .003 and .005 mill foils down to a working sheet size on this machine? Was it designed to handle this?

It probably wouldn't like stainless steel foil. You didn't mention a material.

We just use fiskars desk scissors.

Our paper cutter doesn't cut closely enough to give clean cuts.
