Paragon RC 20 centerless grinder, NEED HELP LOCATING OPERATING SYSTEM

I have a Paragon RC 20 centerless grinder Model RC-20CNC-3 Machine serial #200287 thst was manufactured in 2004-04 and I lost my entire operating system. It has a Fanuc O-M controller and a two axis servo dresser attachment need to get a copy of the operating system to get my machine running. I need help to resotre the files and get the machine running. The factory does not have any record of the machine due to s flood that occured years ago at the factory in Taiwan.

Have you tried asking Fanuc?
Won't Paragon help you get a copy from some other customer?
