Hello Guys,

Hope you guys can help.
We are building a new refrigeration plant and the client is supplying us with two 380V feeders from different breakers to our plant room.
My question is,
Is there a way to tie/sync the two supplies to use them as one.
We are currently planning to use two separate Main Distribution Boards to accommodate the client but it creates problems with safeties and shunts down the line.

Thank you in advance.

You may replace the two breakers with one larger breaker and supply both feeders from the one breaker.
I have seen breakers used in parallel in an emergency for about a week, but this practice is generally frowned upon.
Connecting the feeders would effectively place the breakers in parallel.
Connecting over-current devices in parallel is prohibited in the Canadian Electrical Code. ( Rule:- 14-112)
