a controller is needed that will receive a 2 Gb / s data stream and parallelize this stream into several channels. The number of these channels is determined by the time the data is written to the memory chips.

There's no such thing as a ready-made parallelization microcontroller. As I said in the earlier thread, you are at the point in your design where you need to do the work.
