Parametric dimensioning between parts.

As a tool designer I often design progressive metal stamping dies. In these designs one has a shaped punch, a ring with that shape + clearance (.0015 per side for example), a punch holder with the same shape as the punch and a stripper with that same shape + .005 per side clearance. Is it possible to tie the shape of the holes in the punch holder, ring and stripper, with the necessary adjustments, to the parametric profile of the punch so that when I change the punch the other 3 blocks adjust accordingly?

If I understand your message.

Use the global design variables
h005 = h+.005
h0015 = h+.0015
h= .125 (for example)


Just change value of "h" as needed?
