Does anyone know what the total construction cost for a concrete parking garage on a per square foot basis would be? The project is in Los Angeles and it will be one story, with roughly 200 parking spots. I am just looking for a general number to compare what the contractor said it would cost. I am guessing it would be either conventional or post tensioned. I don't think they do too much precast out there. Thanks for you help.

$55-65 per square foot excluding land and associated set -back landscaping, traffic control, demolition or deep foundations.

Civilperson's on the mark... about $18,000 to $20,000 per stall and about 300 sq. ft. per stall...

Looking back at my post I meant two stories, one additional level above grade. Thanks.
