The lack of commentary release is becoming truly comedic at this point. Especially considering there are clauses in Part 4 that specifically reference the commentaries. It's almost worse than the fact it took MB 4 years to enact the new code.

This is awesome. My students struggle with interpreting code language and understanding how it applies in reality, so this will be a great resource for them. Thanks for letting us know dik!

It was worse than that... we were about a decade back in codes until the new one. Labrador and Newfoundland were the only provinces behind us.
