Part families and Reuse library

As a Reuse Library beginner, I have a question about using part families in assemblies. Can I without deleting the part or use "replace component" change a part family member that is already in my assembly?

For example I have choosen a member called "200.302.40", placed in my assembly and now I want to change it to "200.302.50"?

Im using NX 7.5

How else do you expect to be able to replace it?
