Part list tamplate

Hi there,
I'm making a part list for a machine ,and I don't now what's the best format, and I have another question , is there any standard way to make a specification for a part like if I have a palte so in the specification column typing length*widht*height. any help please?

You should first ask yourself what information you want to provide. Part designation, identification number, reference number to any cross section or exploded view drawing, material, dimension, weight, manufacturer, manufacturer's mode no..... That depends upon how many information you want to give to your client.

At a minimum, you should include quantity, nomenclature, and identifying part number.

What does your requisition form look like? You ought to be able to prepare requisitions by cutting and pasting from the parts list.

Assuming you're sticking with ASME for part naming I already mentioned Y14.100 in the other thread. For parts lists try Y14.34.

Neither probably have the level of detail you want though.
