Part Name Display

We recently upgraded from NX11 to NX1957 and I am struggling with the visual part name display.
Please see the attached and comment on how to change, if possible

Seems NX11 displayed your template part name in the top border ?
and 1957 displays the Item id's in the respective window .
What's wrong ? How would you like it ?

NX12 introduced the multiple, independent windows. I don't think there is any going back.
