Part navigator 1

Using NX 4.0.4.2 MP6,

aaaargh, in some kinda strange way, with a shortcut key combination i think, i managed to make the part navigator and all the rest fully disapear?????? How do i get it back, the history pallet and help and... ?? It has nothing to do with the pin option. I also did a reset on the layout/ roles, with no result.
Also the menu Tools ---> Part Navigator --> .... is not accessible anymore.
