Partial factors In Eurocode 3 for mild steel and stainless steel - American code equivalent

Hello,

Eurocode 3 recommends a partial factor value of 1.0 for steel and 1.1 for stainless steel. These values are applied to the characteristic material resistance values. Could anyone tell me how does American design code consider the reduction of characteristic values and what are the values for steel and stainless steel?

It doesn't its a totally different approach
