Parts disappear in assembly drawing

I have a large assembly. In this i create a section view of the assembly. I want one of the subassemblys in this view to be non sectioned but when i make it non sectioned some of the parts in the subassembly disappear. I have tried the 'interference' options on the 'Hidden Lines' tab of the View Style dialog with no success. Nothing seems to be hidden, nothing hidden in the view dependant edits.

I have tried to rearrange parts in the assembly to provoke changes in the view but this seams to just make other parts hidden.

This is a assembly with a couple of pretty large subassemblys.

What more can i do or check to try to solve this problem?

Have checked if your arrangements are all set correctly? Have you checked layer visisble in view? Check to make sure small features not being showed is turned off in your view styles?

There is no arrangements in this assembly

All layers are visible

I not sure about the "small features" thing, i have to check that as soon as possible.

Thanks nutace, NX Patch is Unknown? NX Version is 6.0.5.3.
Forgot to tell you we also have Teamcenter if that matters?

It is important to note that there are maintenance patches (MP) and maintenance releases (MR). The patches are put out quickly to solve issues found in NX. A maintenance release is a group of patches (and possibly new functionality) that have been fully tested and are ready for everyone to use. So you may be up to date with the latest released code (the latest MR), but not show any patches in the Help menu. If you are running NX 6.0.5, you have the latest MR and are up to date (as far as NX 6 goes, anyway).
