parts list in nx9 1

When placing a parts list on a drawing, even thought the initial callout is set to 1 and the increment is set to 1, the initial callout is 10 and the increment is 10; I cannot figure out how to correct this. Also, the piece number, or item number, sequence is random (60, 10, 30, 40, 70, etc instead of 1, 2, 3, etc).

It will be the way the default parts list is set. Setting in preferences will not fix it. You need to create a new parts list template to use, that is set for your preferences.
