Parts List Levels

We just did an update to NX 1919.3400 and we no longer have access to to Parts List Levels. It doesn't show up in the menu nor if we right click on a Parts List. Does anyone know how we can get it back?

Right click on the parts list -> edit -> expand the 'contents' section (if needed) and change the 'scope' value.
