I've been reading through some publications (namely UFC 4-159-03) and they reference a spreadsheet called PASS-MOOR.XLS. There are several other documents online that also reference this spreadsheet, however, all my searches to find this document have come up empty.

I tried calling NAVFAC's offices to see if they have any information about it, but I'm never able to speak to a live human and they have yet to return my voice message.

Very unusual when I am completely unable to find a document online. Has anyone ever seen or used this document before? If so, do you know where I can find a copy or even where to just get information about it?

Thanks in advance.

Of course I can. I can do anything. I can do absolutely anything. I'm an expert!

Thanks for that. Unfortunately, NAVFAC is one of those organizations I called to try and get someone on the phone, with no luck.

May try going to straight to William Seelig and see if I can make any progress on that Spreadsheet.

Thanks again
