My first post, glad to be a part of the group!
Question: How many times have you seen a drilled hole in a pass partition plate. Can you point to a code or standard that cites why this is there.
It is a perfectly centered 1/8” hole, apparently purposely drilled. I have seen this before and concluded that it is to prevent any differential pressure between the pass partition plate cavaties, but that’s just my own thoughts, nothing researched as of yet.
