Passive fire Protection

Will passive fire protection (PFP) be required as a protection on wellhead platform (WHP) with manifolds, oil wellhead and and separator with gas lift facility on 1000psig, injection well 2500psig, connected to Central Production Platfrom (50m)??

What is the consideration if PFP is required on WHP?

PS. I ve posted this thread in 2 other forum and someone advice me to put in here.
