how do you calculate a passive pressure coefficient for a wall with a descending slope at the toe of the wall?

I use charts published in DM-7 - can't remember whether it's 7.1 or 7.2, but they're in there.

DM7.2- Pages 66 and 67 has charts for sloping ground surface.

a couple things popped in to mind related to such conditions so i thought it was worth sharing:
-i suggest accounting for the fact that such slopes are not "perfect" in the real world. depending on the soil type and quality of construction (assuming fill in the slope), quite often the upper couple of feet is not as good as the mass fill portion of the slope. in other words, use "reasonable" caution/conservatism.
-also beware of fill induced settlement.
