PATRAN --- Import CATIA

I found error message during import file CATProduct from CATIA, "The CATIA V5 CATProduct import fail. Verify that all the subordinate CATPat/CATProduct files are in the same directory as the parent CATProduct file and try agian". How do I solve it?

P.S. I use CATIA P3 V5R19 and MSC PATRAN/NASTRAN 2007.

Check if you have the right import licenses to ijport R19 products.

THis error message happened to me once and was never able to get rid of it. I had to ask a collegue to import the parts for me. This got solved for no reason when I updated to an earlier version of Patran.

MSC was helpless to help on that matter.
