I am trying to get the PAVE 2008 software to disign rigid pavements.
I have tried to find it in the WEB unsuccesfully.
I hope you can guide me in order to get this software.

PCASE is the software developed by USACE for pavement design:

I used it for my DoD projects. It is easy to use.

Check for Westergard equations for manual rigid pavement design. Rigid pavement design in PCASE is also based on Westergard theory.
