Paver Concrete Distress Manual 1

Hi everyone.
Does anyone have a clean copy of the Army Corp's manual, "Paver Concrete Distress Manual", dated June 1997? I have an electronic version but some pages are blurry and some sheets are only half.

The pictures aren't as great as they might be but, otherwise, the document appears to be complete and clear.
