Is anyone aware of any PC interface software for a Tektronix TX-1 digital multimeter, other than the Wavestar for Meters (WSTRM) software formerly supplied by Tektronix? The software should allow data capture and recording from the multimeter.

The TX-1 has an RS-232 interface. If you have the documentation the simplest would be to write a simple
BASIC program.

Companies often don't document -- they want to sell
their software -- or new, more expensive instrument. <nbucska@pcperipherals.com>

I think I remember doing a lab once using LabView to capture data from a TX1 multimeter.
