pc new... problem import geometry.... ansys13

Hello everyone
installing ansys 13 on my new PC (after installation and the license),I have a problem: I can not import geometry from SolidWorks2010.
the error is as follows: ansyswbu.exe Encountered a problem
in the workbench: unable to attach to geometry file

My pc configuration:
Intel core i7 870, windows 7 professional, nvidia ge force gt 430 1 GB gddr3 128 bit, wireless card pci, gigabyte ga-h57m-usb3 h57, ram corsair 16 gb ddr3-1600
I've already done:
- install latest video drivers
- cad configuration for solidworks
- internet connection
- install ansys as administrator
- install ansys without any firewall
- uninstall video driver and use the onboard video
- check environment variables
- installed on the PC Windows 7 Ultimate

the problem is always the same

with your experience...What can I do?
